Neighborhood Nerds uses a ticketing system to manage Member Support Requests. This course is designed for New Nerds with a basic understanding of NNI Systems and Processes.
Who does what when?
Each Member Center has Members, an Owner Nerd, a Manager Nerd, Member Care Nerds, Sales Nerds, and Support Nerds. Everyone needs to understand the part they play with the ticketing system.
Support Request Lifecycle
The goal is to CLOSE all SR's that get created within an hour. If we CLOSE less than get created, the Member Center gets behind and makes Members sad.
