- Membership Duration: All memberships are on a month-to-month basis, providing flexibility to manage your service needs.
- Orientation Fee: A one-time fee of $100 is charged for initial setup. This fee covers the cost of an initial discovery visit to your home or office to gather essential information and assess your technology setup.
- Non-Refundable: If you decide to cancel, we do not offer refunds. You will remain a member until the end of your current billing cycle, which is 30 days from your payment date.
- Rejoining: If you cancel and later decide to rejoin, the orientation fee will be required again to ensure we have the most current information and to facilitate a new initial discovery visit.
- Custom User’s Manual: As part of our service, we create a custom user’s manual for each member. This manual is a collection of Gizmo Guides specific to your technology and service engagements, documenting interactions and solutions provided.
- Gizmo Circle of Care: Our service process follows the Gizmo Circle of Care, a trademarked continuous improvement cycle that includes Discovery, Planning, Review, Implementation, Education, and Maintenance. This process ensures that every member request is thoroughly handled, leading to a continuously updated and personalized service experience.
