How much does it cost to become a member?

Neighborhood Nerds offers two levels of membership, each designed to cater to different needs:

• Standard Membership: Priced at $69 per month. This membership includes unlimited remote support using Splashtop for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices, as well as the ability to call or conduct video calls for consultations. In-person visits for troubleshooting, shopping, or office visits are billed at $69 per hour.
• VIP Membership: Priced at $99 per month. This includes all the benefits of the Standard Membership plus unlimited in-person visits for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and planning at no additional cost. However, VIP members are charged $69 per hour for project work, such as new installations or assembling new equipment.

Both membership levels are subject to a one-time $100 onboarding fee used for the initial discovery visit to understand the member’s needs and set up their information in our system. Membership is month-to-month, providing flexibility to change or cancel anytime. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any month already paid, and the membership benefits extend until the end of the paid month.

For non-members, referred to as neighbors, the rate for any service, whether remote or in-person, is $99 per hour.
