Hourly Help (Neighbor Program)
“If you prefer a pay-as-you-go option, we have an hourly rate through our Neighbor Program. It’s $99 an hour, and we can help with anything you need—from picking out a new TV at Best Buy to setting up an audio system at home or even troubleshooting your dog’s electric fence.”

1. Standard Membership ($69/month)
“Our Standard Membership is $69 a month and gives you unlimited remote help. This means you can call, email, or text us anytime, and we’ll help you right away. We can even remote into your computer to troubleshoot issues or help with setup, all included in that monthly fee.”

2. All-Inclusive Membership ($99/month)
“With our All-Inclusive Membership at $99 a month, you get everything in the Standard Membership plus unlimited on-site visits for troubleshooting and repairs. So if you’re having issues with something that was working before, like your printer going offline or your Wi-Fi acting up, we’ll come out at no extra cost.”
