Our services include troubleshooting problems like offline printers or syncing devices with home automation, helping with software tasks such as mail merges in Excel, or guiding you through hardware adjustments like replacing rollers in a printer. Our nerds are tech-savvy college students—not IT professionals—but they are skilled at using technology to find solutions. They are equipped to research, watch instructional videos, and provide step-by-step guidance to empower you to complete your projects and solve problems.
